Quick fixes for email verification issues.
Email Verification Issues
Error Message:
Email Not Received
Check These Locations in your Email-Account:
- Primary Inbox: Look for "ChartLense Team"
- Spam/Junk Folder: Common destination for automated emails
- Promotions Tab (Gmail): May be categorized as promotional
- Updates Tab (Gmail): May be categorized as updates
If Still Missing:

Resend Email (after 60-second cooldown):
- Click "Resend Email" in registration modal
- Wait for countdown to complete if button is disabled
- Check all email folders again

Email Provider Issues:
- Some corporate email systems block automated emails
- Try with a personal email address (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook)
- Contact IT if using company email
Email Verification Link Problems
Link Expired:
- Use "Resend Email" to get a fresh verification link
- Complete verification quickly after receiving new email
Link Doesn't Work:
- Copy the entire URL and paste in browser address bar
- Disable browser ad blockers temporarily
- Try in incognito/private browsing mode
Browser Issues:
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Ensure JavaScript is enabled
Still Having Issues?
If email verification continues to fail:
- Check your Chrome version: ChartLense requires Chrome 88+
- Try a different email provider: Use Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook if using corporate email
