ChartLense provides AI-powered technical analysis tools through the ChartLense platform. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice.

Service Tiers: We offer multiple service tiers including free and paid subscription plans with varying analysis quotas and features. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and in the Chrome extension.

ChartLense is NOT a registered investment adviser and is not a financial advisor, broker, or regulated financial services provider. We do not provide personalized investment advice or recommendations.

Our AI-powered analysis is based solely on technical chart patterns and historical data. The accuracy and reliability of this analysis cannot be guaranteed. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Past performance does not predict future results. You must conduct independent research and consult qualified financial professionals before making any investment decisions.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Not redistribute, resell, or share our analysis with third parties
• Make your own independent trading and investment decisions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our systems
• Provide accurate information during registration and payment

Free Tier: Available immediately without payment. Limited to 10 analyses per day.

Paid Subscriptions: By subscribing to STARTER, PRO, or TRADER plans, you expressly request immediate access to our AI analysis service.

Computational Cost Structure: Each analysis incurs immediate costs including third-party AI processing fees, cloud infrastructure, computational resources, and service delivery overhead.

These costs are incurred immediately upon analysis delivery and cannot be recovered or refunded.

LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record: All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy acts as the reseller for all purchases, handling payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, refund processing, and chargeback management. This means you are purchasing from LemonSqueezy, which licenses the product to you on behalf of ChartLense (Kolmira UG). Prices are displayed in USD, EUR, or GBP depending on your location and automatically include all applicable sales tax, VAT, and other taxes. EU Withdrawal Rights and Immediate Performance: Customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom have statutory withdrawal rights under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Normally, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, ChartLense is a digital service with immediate performance - you receive instant access to AI analysis features upon subscription activation.

Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, your withdrawal right expires when you request immediate performance of digital content and provide explicit consent. When purchasing a subscription on our pricing page, you must check a box acknowledging this waiver and consenting to immediate service delivery.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Your account settings in the Chrome extension
• The customer portal accessible from our website
• Contacting support at [email protected]

Cancellation Notice: To ensure your cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. This allows sufficient time for payment processing to be stopped.

Post-Cancellation: After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account then reverts to the Free tier (10 analyses per day).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartLense shall not be liable for any:

• Trading losses or financial damages of any kind
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the analysis
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or system downtime
• Decisions made based on our analysis or recommendations
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content, including AI-generated analysis, algorithms, and software, remains the intellectual property of ChartLense. Users receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the analysis for personal purposes only.

Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

Your privacy is important to us. Our data processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

• We collect minimal personal data (email, usage statistics)

Payment Data Processing: When you make a purchase, LemonSqueezy collects and processes your payment information as the Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy acts as a data processor for payment-related data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your payment data held by LemonSqueezy by contacting them at [email protected]. LemonSqueezy's Data Processing Agreement is available at lemonsqueezy.com/dpa.

These terms are governed by German law and EU regulations where applicable. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany, without prejudice to the consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the EU.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication with our support team before pursuing legal action.

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Update pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers
• Improve or change features and functionality
• Terminate accounts that violate these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to registered users
• Notice in the Chrome extension
• Updated terms posted on our website

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
