Giving Feedback

We value your input and have made it easy for you to share your thoughts with us. There are two ways to give feedback.

1. Rating an Analysis​

After each chart analysis is completed, you will see thumbs up (👍) and thumbs down (👎) icons in the footer of the extension.

  • Click 👍 if you found the analysis helpful.
  • Click 👎 if the analysis was not helpful.

This simple feedback helps us measure the performance of our analysis system and improve the quality of the analysis over time.

2. Sending Detailed Feedback​

For more detailed suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests, you can use our feedback modal.

  1. Open the Feedback Modal In the extension header, click the ✉️ Feedback button.

  2. Write Your Feedback A modal will appear with a text box. Please provide as much detail as possible. Whether you have a suggestion, have found an issue, or want to request a new feature, we want to hear it.

  3. Send Click the "Send Feedback" button to submit your comments to our team.
